Poppy Capelet/Skirt

Stunning little capelet which can be worn as a cape or a skirt over the Poppy playsuit.

Made from soft rose coloured tulle which has been tiered to create a whimsical effect. The tulle is attached to a soft cotton linen fabric and can be fastened with a bow.
