Ordering
All items are handmade to order with an approximate turnaround time of 2-4 weeks. Please take this into account for sizing and special occasions. Size guides are provided for each item, if unsure please contact us and we'll be happy to assist.
Shipping in Australia
We ship via Australia Post and offer a flat rate of $10 on all orders.
Shipping takes approximately 3-7 business days. Once shipped, you will be be emailed a tracking number which you can use to track your parcel via the Australia Post network.
Shipping Internationally
We currently ship to New Zealand at a flat rate of $25 on all orders. Shipping takes approximately 8-15 business days. For express postage please email us for a quote.
For all other countries, please contact us for a shipping quote.
Returns
As all items are handmade to order, unfortunately returns or exchanges are not accepted. Please make sure you order the correct size for your child (taking into account time frames of orders and the fact that your child may grow within that time frame).
If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item and we will do our best to accommodate your concerns.
Safety
We ask that you do not leave your children unattended while wearing our clothing and accessories. Some items may contain small parts that are not safe for children to have unattended. Scarlett & Fox is not responsible for any injuries that may occur.
